Buying a used car shouldn't feel like a gamble. Take it home, drive it to work, park it in your garage, and make sure it fits your life. If it's not the perfect match, bring it back within 3 days or 300 miles and we'll exchange it for another vehicle on our lot. No hassle. No pressure.

How It Works

Exchange Program Details

⏱ Time & Mileage Window The vehicle must be returned within 3 calendar days of purchase (day of purchase counts as Day 1) or before adding 300 miles to the odometer at delivery — whichever comes first.

🔁 Exchange Only — Not a Refund This program is a one-time vehicle swap for another unit in our active inventory. It is not a cash refund or a free rental arrangement.

🚘 Vehicle Condition Requirements The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it left our lot:

1. No accidents, body damage, mechanical abuse, or altered parts
2. No excessive dirt, stains, or smoke odors
3. Clear title — no new liens, encumbrances, or traffic violations attached during the 3-day window

🏦 Financed Vehicles If your purchase was financed, any exchange is strictly contingent on lender approval. If the replacement vehicle requires a different loan structure, you must qualify for the new terms. We'll work with you to make it as smooth as possible.

💰 Fees & Cost Differences State taxes, DMV registration/titling fees, and dealership documentation fees from the original transaction may not be fully refundable depending on whether paperwork has been processed by the state. Any difference in vehicle price between your original purchase and the exchanged vehicle is the buyer's responsibility.

🔒 One-Time Use The Exchange Guarantee applies to the original purchase only and may be used once. The replacement vehicle selected is a final sale.
