Don't be concerned with the outside appearance. They are a start up that is just getting off the ground. We bought a Honda HRV from them in May 2023 and the experience was exceptional. Low miles and well taken of. Another dealership had tried some shady tactics that just made the whole buying experience awful. Pinnacle Sales was the opposite and very accommodating to work with. No funny fees. They went out of there way to take care of us and make the transaction easy. Had the oil changed and made sure we had a full tank despite having to drive 1.5 hrs to deliver the car to us. If you see something interesting, at least give them a chance and check them to make your own judgement from there.
