Drive Axle (Front & Rear) – Pinion bearings, side carrier bearings, ring & pinion gears, carrier assembly, thrust washers, axles, CV joints, internal axle bearings, transaxle seals, and drive axle housing (when damaged by a covered failure). Seals & gaskets covered when replaced with a covered repair.
Engine – All internally lubricated parts including crankshaft, bearings, oil pump, fuel pump, water pump, timing gears/chain/belt, camshaft bearings, valve lifters, rocker arms, push rods, valve guides, pistons, rings, wrist pins, connecting rods, motor mounts, and distributor drive gear. Engine block & cylinder heads covered if damaged by a covered failure.
Rotary Engine – All listed engine parts plus rotors, rotor seals, rotor chamber, eccentric shaft & bearings. Factory-installed turbocharger/supercharger included (internals & housing).
Seals & Gaskets – Covered for all listed components. Minor seepage is not considered a failure.
Transmission, Transfer Case & Driveshaft – All internally lubricated parts, torque converter, mounts, U-joints, and housing (with a covered failure).
Normal wear and tear parts are NOT covered, such as tires, batteries, windshield wiper blade, etc.
Vehicle must meet these 3 requirements in order to qualify:
